At MNA Health Shop, we are committed to providing the highest quality products and customer service. Due to the nature of some products sold at MNA Health Shop and ever changing industry regulations some Return/Refund restrictions do apply . Unfortunately due to the Covid-19 pandemic we can no longer accept returns for used products based on subjective experiences such as but not limited to , Flavor , Strength , Tolerance to certain products , etc ..

We will always do our best to help in these special circumstances and strive to make our customers have the best experience possible.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date for in-store or online store credit, or product exchange.  Receipt is required for returns. In most instances, your receipt can be retrieved through our sale system.

Online and in store Refund/Exchanges

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Refunds are subject to approval.
